Spring Portrait Photoshoot! (part 2)

Today was Palm Sunday, and I must say how proud I was to watch my kids march down the aisle of the church I grew up in wearing their little white choir robes and waving their palm branches. I love not only that their lives are rich in tradition, but that in their generation, the world is a much bigger, brighter place. In a religious aspect alone, people in general feel more open to express their love of God. 25 years ago, we were surrounded by elders who prayed quietly to themselves and had more of an internal relationship with God, whereas today, the church elders feel comfortable enough to spread God's love by openly worshipping and praising Him. I am happy that my kids are able to be exposed to some of both. They see the importance of having a personal relationship and quiet time with God, yet they also see the power in praising Him, especially through music. There is nothing more touching than seeing my babies stand at the front of the church singing their hearts out for Jesus! I hope you had a great Palm Sunday, and that your Easter is filled with the joy and hope of Jesus!
