Michelle & Paul are engaged!

Michelle & Paul are perfect together.

They have such a great love and understanding in their relationship, but the thing that impressed me the most about this couple was that they have made God the center of their relationship. It was very refreshing to photograph a couple like Michelle & Paul, who are so in love, both with each other, and with God. What a wonderful way to start a marriage! In my personal observations, I find over and over again that the marriages who center around God are by far more successful that the ones who don't.

I had a great time meeting this sweet couple, and their precious little girl. One of my favorite shots is of their daughter looking for shark's teeth. She was so focused that she didn't see me capture her sweet little profile. Love that!

Morgan & Troy

Morgan & Troy are two of the sweetest, most well behaved kids I have ever met! Morgan was just precious at their portrait session, chasing after lizards and other fun bugs, and Troy was such a good big brother watching after her.
They both were super for their session, but my favorite part of the session was at the very end. Just as we were about to leave, an airplane flew right over us, very low, so the sound was loud. Morgan's facial expressions as she watches the plane fly by are priceless! That's what I love about photographing children.... catching their true personality on camera so that their parents can look back years later and remember these priceless times of innocence and wonder. : )

Christmas Cards are here!

I am so excited to announce that I have started assembling my 2009 Christmas Card collection!

This year I will be offering three different types of cards:
Bifold Cards (5x7), Flat Cards (4x8), and Postcards (small and large).

All custom cards come printed on a high-quality, heavy duty card stock, not flimsy photo paper. They all have optional printing on the backs of the cards, for your personal holiday message. They also come with matching white envelopes. Return address labels are also available.

As a special Christmas promotion, I am offering a 25% discount on all orders placed before November 1, and a 10% discount on orders placed before November 15.
